Points

Points System

Each event will have points assigned to it. The event will indicate which point category it fulfills. If you are signed-up for an event, you are expected to show up. If you cannot attend the event, please remove yourself from the sign-up list. If the event sign-up deadline has passed and you have not removed yourself from the sign-up list, you are required to notify the contact person for the event. If you do not show up to an event you are signed-up for, you will receive negative points.

Point Categories

* AS and TC points will not be required for Fall 2020

Chapter Meetings (CM)

Attend all formal Chapter Meetings (MS need only attend two). 5 points per meeting.

Community Service (CS)

Attend community service events. Points are given based on hours of attendance.

Professional Development (PD)

Attend professional development events. Points are given based on hours of attendance.

Social Activities (SA)

Attend social events. Points are given based on hours of attendance.

Tutorial Center (TC)

Sign up on our website to tutor courses at the Jack Holland Student Success Center. Points are given based on hours of tutoring.

Assisted Service (AS)

Assist officers and directors with setting up and cleaning up events or during events. Points are given based on officers and directors' discretion.

Provide 5 quality pictures of a BAP event to the Social Media Director.

Spirit (SP)

Wear your BAP gear to any SA, CS, or PD events.

Fundraising (FR, $15/point)

Purchase BAP merchandise, sold at Chapter Meetings.

Buy tickets for the raffle held at the end of each term.

Attend fundraising events.
